A roommate dispute is not automatically an RTB or CRT matter. Consider who owns the home, who signed the tenancy agreement, what the dispute is about and whether safety is involved.لا يعني وجود خلاف في السكن المشترك تلقائياً أن القضية تقع ضمن اختصاص RTB أو CRT. انظر إلى مالك المنزل ومن وقّع اتفاق الإيجار وطبيعة النزاع ووجود خطر من عدمه.

Not every unfair event is discrimination under the Human Rights Code. A complaint generally needs a negative effect in a protected area connected to a protected personal characteristic.
